FILE DESIGNATION: OPERATION RUST HARVEST
DATE OPENED: [REDACTED]
STATUS: ONGOING
THREAT ENTITY: Subject “Sheepy” (Ref. SHEEPY ANALYSIS, C.A.T.S. DOSSIER)
I. BACKGROUND
Following the incident outlined in Operation Tax Evasion, intelligence recovered from IRS agents indicated that the tin can used as bait was later recovered from Subject Sheepy’s possession. Upon analysis, the can exhibited anomalous rust patterns consistent with previous field encounters involving “flavored” rust — a phenomenon Sheepy has demonstrated a preference for (See Tin Can Acquisition Protocols, 2019).
Surveillance intercepts suggest Sheepy has initiated “Operation Rust Harvest”, a sustained and covert acquisition of rust-coated metallic objects across multiple jurisdictions. Collected materials appear to be stored within Subject’s anomalous “wool void” (Ref. Wool Storage Phenomenon, SHEEPY ANALYSIS).
II. OBJECTIVES OF OPERATION (Inferred)
Accumulate high volumes of iron oxide for unknown purposes.
Manufacture additional “rust-flavored” tin cans for personal consumption and/or weaponization.
Experiment with rust-based explosive devices disguised as common tin cans (similar to grenade-can hybrids found during OPERATION TIN CAN).
III. INCIDENT LOGS
[REDACTED] – Rusted bridge railing in rural Nebraska discovered missing overnight. Local reports mention “a white wool thing” humming to itself.
[REDACTED] – Abandoned train cars in Eastern Europe stripped of all corroded metal surfaces. Surveillance drone footage lost after recording spiral-horned figure waving emotional support hatchet at lens.
[REDACTED] – Dockyard in [REDACTED] reports disappearance of 3.4 metric tons of rusted shipping container panels. Workers described a “REEEEEE” sound moments before disappearance.
IV. HAZARD ASSESSMENT
Subject Sheepy’s acquisition of oxidized metals poses the following risks:
Weaponization Risk: Potential development of shrapnel-based armaments with embedded rust for biological contamination.
Supply Disruption: Systematic removal of rust from critical infrastructure may destabilize structural integrity, causing indirect civilian casualties.
Anomalous Storage Threat: Unknown upper limit to the wool void’s capacity; excessive accumulation could theoretically result in matter displacement events.
V. CURRENT SITUATION
C.A.T.S. (Coalition of Allied Terran Sociopaths) is suspected of aiding Subject Sheepy by supplying logistical routes and “target lists” of optimal rust-rich environments. Attempts to infiltrate C.A.T.S. cells for intelligence have been unsuccessful, with multiple operatives reporting psychological trauma after direct exposure to Sheepy.
VI. RECOMMENDATIONS
Tier-4 Containment Priority on all rust-heavy sites within 500 km of known Sheepy sightings.
Engage covert rust-preservation contractors to eliminate potential acquisition sites before Sheepy can reach them.
Increase counter-intelligence pressure on C.A.T.S. operatives, with specific focus on suspected rust distribution channels.
NOTE: “Operation Rust Harvest” remains active. Containment teams are authorized to monitor but not engage Sheepy directly without Class-G hazard clearance.
